new pinned post time

#uncleart — The tag I use most here, for my drawings and art.

#unclear.txt — Text posts, blogs, thoughts, other things that aren’t my art.

@unclear-likes — Most of my reblogs will go here. I do occasionally reblog things here, though. But most everything I reblog will go over there.

Feel free to block and/or whitelist tags based on what you want to see from me.

I also have an “about” page.

unclear-asdf:

in an alternate timeline, I went to college for art and ended up getting into computer science and game dev instead

”ugh, these figure drawings are too hard and boring, I’m gonna make some game prototypes in Unity for fun instead”

inlandseamonster:

I see internet people do this all the time so I’m just gonna say it

Buy used computers, a new computer that’s worth $500 sticker is going to break in three to four years with regular use, might as well get something better made and more powerful but out of date

Better yet, get a Thinkpad, they are swagless machines but Lenovo still sells individual replacement parts for them and they share a lot of crucial bits

Would you guys be alright if I put small little Twitter-like thoughts and blurbs here?

When I started this blog, I intended it to be a catch-all kind of thing where it would have my drawings, as well as longer-form thoughts and writing (the “#blah blah blog” tag) and video game screenshots, videos, and possibly even written Let’s Plays (the “#unclear plays” tag)

Now I’m trying to detox from Twitter/X and social media in general but still want a place I can occasionally put little blurbs. Like, I still expect most stuff I post here to be my drawings. I also don’t want to use @unclear-likes for these as that’s mainly for organizing posts I like here.

This place has become somewhat of a de facto gallery for my drawings over the years and I think that’s what most of you expect soooo… What would you guys prefer?

Use @unclear-asdf for small Twitter-like posts?

Sure! Post stuff here, but use a tag

Create another side-blog for writing thoughts

Nah, use a different service altogether for blurbs
